Some one was advertising a "black albino"...I thought albino was the ABSENCE of black <.< >.>...I've included the picture they used...is there even such a thing as a "Black Albino?" if not what kind of snake is it?

It's an anery cornsnake. I guess some people call it a "black" albino because it is black and lacks red. A "red" albino would be an amel- red snake that lacks black. It's confusing.
 
Albinism is only associated with the absence of black in humans and many other mammals. Reptiles have three or more pigmentations, so an "albino" of any one species could be white or it could be two or more colors. In this case, "black albino" is another way of saying anerythristic. "Red albino" is a way of saying amelanistic.
