Just wondering if every thing is ok. I feed my girl last night and she always goes to the warm side after a meal but she is still on the cool side under her hide. Im just worried she want be warm enough to digest good. but the cool side is 71.2 which i think is enough temp to digest. just odd she is digesting on the cool side. but i guess she knows what shes doing lol
 
Snakes aren't dumb :p, they will go where they want to in order to be comfortable. Like you said, they know what they are doing.
 
I wouldn't worry about it, as long as their digestion process is going smoothly and you're finding poop rather than regurges. They'll move to what side suits them.
