Either use heat mats that are designed for in cage use, or use flexwatt. With flexwatt, you'd wire up a piece and then put it in the viv. Then you'd want to cover it with a piece of plexiglass and screw down the plexiglass and seal up the edges with silicon. This is incase of a water spill so the snake doesn't get electrocuted.
 
thanks for the reply, snakes all babies yet so plenty of time to get it right on the building front :) now i just have to find UK flexwat supplier, am so jealous of the corns and supplies over the water, kids complaining of the time I spend drooling over pics on this forum
