Cutting Melamine Help...

knox

New member
I have a fine-toothed plywood blade for my circular saw.

I know the best way is to cut it in 2 passes, one half-way, flip, then cut through.

Anyone have success just cutting in one pass? Maybe taping the cut line?

I just don't want a bunch of splintering and gouges in my expensive melamine.

Thanks!
