Day 52

My babies at day 52. That one on the top has us worried. We did have a little heat spike at one time due to our ac going out. I hope the little one makes it.

Your eggs look great! I have one that's been dented most of the time, too. I'm at day 59 so I'm still waiting to see if it's okay. Can't wait to see your pipping pics!

This is our first clutch. We are (im) patently waiting! The mom is a bloodred w/unknown hets and dad is normal cube w/unknown hets. Both were picked up from pet stores.

Oh, I'm so with you! Last year was my first clutch, and I was DYING starting at around day 50. That's why I chose the pic I did for my avatar--that's our first ever baby after she came out of her egg. :) I'm so excited for you! (Uh, what's a "normal cube"?)

My cross is my beloved Cleo, a classic het amel (with possibly other unknown hets) and Dr. Zaius, an amel motley. Last year's clutch yielded 6 normals and 5 amels. Next year I may try and find a snow to breed her to as she may also be het anery.

I'm trying not to peek in on my eggs every hour, but it's so hard not too. :D

Looks like you've got a good sized clutch there. 16?

If you look in my pictures it's the one name Chromie. It's the selectively bred stripe gene. Starts out stripe but then breaks up into "cube" like patterns. You are good with guessing the amount of eggs! We have 16/17 eggs! We didn't think she had that many in her LoL

I can't wait either! Of course hubby wants to keep a male and female so we can break down the hets even more! Next year our pairing will be the bloodred and a butter. I cannot wait for that pairing!

I feel you! Next year we're breeding our female lavender Aztec het hypo het stripe to our male hypo vanishing stripe het lavender. Can't wait for that already, which will make this period of time--waiting for pippies--maddening next year!!

ARGH! We're in the same boat. I can *smell* the change in the eggs.. but no pippies that I can see. There's probably a hundred on the bottom of the egg pile..

Ha ha AliCat! I'm on day 63 and DYING. UGH. I shouldn't be since the clutch from the same pairing waited until day 70 last year, BUT STILL. UGH

And Flea886, glad at least there have been no more discoloration. The eggs are healthy, if more patient than we are.
