The black spot is the gallbladder. As the color of the snake solidifies, it will become less visible. Sometimes on light snakes you can look at the belly and see the heart beating, and blood pumping.
What a little fatty! He looks like he has lists of yolk to absorb. The first thing I do, when removing them, is feel head to tail for kinks, and then check the belly to make sure the egg stem attachment is closed.
Hatchlings like to do that "crooked" thing instead of laying in a straight line- they always look kinked, especially if they are in the edge of the deli cup. So then I touch them to get them moving around and straightened out, and then they decide to leave, so it's hard to get good pics.
I'd expect the eggs to pip within 3-4 days of the first one. I'm not an egg-cutter; I've never "rescued" a viable hatchling. Other people do it. I can't advise you. More than three eggs in your first pic look good, though.
