Where are good places to visit reptiles in central Florida...would like to see some snake displays...Tampa or Orlando area...I am in Zephyrhills, closer the better of course, but willing to drive around a bit.
 
Reptile World Serpentarium!!! St. Cloud. Gatorland in Orlando. St. Augustine Alligator Farm- has every species of alligator and crocodile. Gatorland and St. Augustine both have bird rookeries, too.
 
If I were you, I'd go see Gatorland.

My dad's side of the fam. all lives in Florida/Georgia... one of my fondest childhood memories is seeing those gators.
