Just thought I'd start one of these for my wee, tiny, pewter girl:D

I'm a little stressed because she refused her first meal with me...a pinkie head, that I left over night with her:cry: So I'm a little worried because she's so tiny. I'll wait 4 days and try again I guess ..

anyhoo..here's a lovely pic of my littlest one..lol

**pic keeps showing up all pixelated..:cry:..sorry..its nice on my puter..lol

those are great pics. i wish i could get pics that good. really ahrd to do when you have a kodack ez share as a camera, and microsoft paint as your photo processer =P

I emailed the breeder today to find out exactly how many meals she's had...I figure she's only about 4 grams..I'm going to weigh her later today. Hopefully she's just skittish.

I think its just the pic :) I took her out today and had a good look at her..although I did notice something odd about her eye..I will post a pic later. I weighed her and she is 3 grams :( I called the only petstore in my city that sells live pinkies, and he said its hit and miss being able to get live pinkies from him. I have to drive 40 mins to probably NOT get live pinkies:realhot: And she refuses to eat. I've tried braining, sliting, offering just the head, the only thing I haven't tried is washing them, because I can't remember what soap to use..lol....

I am worried though..she's so tiny
 
I've used Ivory soap with success. I don't think it really matters what soap you use. I think I've heard of Dial being successful as well.

I am so relieved..lol..hopefully she keeps it down :)

I put some frozen pinkies in my bin of frozen adults, hoping the smell might entice her..tried teasing her with it..nope...didn't want it...so I left her alone with...and when I checked 10mins later she had it 3/4's down :)

She looks like she swallowed a blimp...:D
 
Beautiful girl... Pewter is on my shortlist for morphs, but that's after hypo lav, motley lav, and striped amel... Who am I kidding I want one or more of each. Congrats on her eating.
