Digital Scales....

I went to wal-mart the other day looking for a digital scale that weights in grams and man our wal-mart is crap. they didnt' have any. they did have the food scales that weights in grams but in 5 gram increments. and it wasn't very big. weighted up to 400 grams but pfft not big enough to put anything in. especially a snake as they gets older. can someone please post me a few pics of the digital scales they hve to I can keep my eye out somewhere else. please and thank you.

I think your going to have to use the internet to find a good scale or try a company that sells things like tools, and manufacturing supplies, or chemical supplies..they will have the decent ones.

Do you have stores there like Target or Best Buy or Bed Bath and Beyond? They might have a scale. I think I bought mine at Best Buy, but on line. It's a Salter, stainless steel.

Big enough to put something in? Are you looking at the sort with the bowl on? I use a flat set of scales with a zero (tare) function, I put a tub on the scales, zero them and then add the snake. Works great. :)

That was all wal-mart had was the ones with the bowl. but they weren't digital. they weighted in 5 gram increments. no notiches between the 5, 10, 15 etc at all. but if cna't find anyting they may have to go with that for now. not lookin to spend to much money casue i spent a lot now. and the mice is costing me a fortune. lol

Do you have a store that is like a kitchen store (i.e. Williams Sonoma) or a restaurant supply store?? just a thought, susan

The sort I'm talking about can be bought cheaply. Mine cost me around £5, which is roughly $10 or so.
