I use Iris 30qt/28 L storage boxes. They measure 16 3/4" x 22 7/8" x 6 7/8". They have completed flat sides and bottoms, with rounded corners, so there are no creases or crevices (very easy to clean). And, they are made in the U.S.A :fullauto: . Plus Iris rarely changes or discontinues their box sizes. Hope this helps.

I would go to the local 'big box mart' (Target, walmart, etc) and see what they have, I have seen the discontinued sterilite ones still in stock at target. If they have what you like buy them all!
It seems to me that just about each local store I visit has a different brand/model. Big Lots is different from Meijer is different from SprawlMart. I use 12qt and 28qt sterilites which Walmart always seems to have in stock. The 12qt are No. 1854, not sure on the 28qt. There only problem is that there is a small gap on each end. For adult corns it would be no problem. For my hatchlings I just use a piece of cardboard to eliminate the gap.

I bought one of those 28qt sterilites and I know what your talking about the gap. What do you think of the quality? If I grab the edge when its in the rack and pull on the side(the tub it sideways in the rack) it leave about a 1/4 gap. Now I do have to pull hard but I'm worried my yearling will find a way to squeeze through. She's about as fat as a sharpie marker. Realistically her body wouldn't fit but she could fit her nose. Actually the size of the gap if I pull really hard is about as big as the gap you put the cardboard on. Also are your tubs a tight fit or do they slide in easily?
