so CALIVIK made a poll to see which snake owners have tattoos...

so i am going to make a poll to see which snake owners have piercings! any piercing counts. lists? pictures? let's see!

I have my lip done which i got professionally done, I stretched both of my own ears to 18mm although I think there probably 20/22 by now because the tunnels keep falling out at night, I have my left ear done at the top which i did.

I have loads of piercings planned for when I'm older, I just love them and dont seem to feel much pain from getting them.. I was going to get my cheek done at christmas however i was talked into getting a cheap remote control helicopter that i later discovered didnt work, DARN THOSE SALE PEOPLE IN THE STREET!

P.S in the past ive had both ears done top to bottom, and ive had my eyebrow pierced 5 times
 
Yep.

I've got both ear lobes gauged to 10. I thought about going bigger, but I don't think I will. Given the profession route I'll be going down soon, I'll probably have to take my earrings out. :(

The last thing I want is huge holes in my ears as a result of going to a larger gauge, so I think I'll stay with 10g.

I have to agree with this post..
I had the piercings in the late 70's and early 80's, the start of the punk era.I don't wear them now at all, all that is left are some very little marks as I haven't worn them for over 20 yrs. It didn't matter when I was younger and my job was rubbish, but now I'm in a slightly different line of work.And the amount of times I've been told in interviews that the company won't employ people with piercing "do you still wear them?".
I'm glad that stretching wasn't common then as I'd still be in a rubbish job because of a fashion..

Yep, the lady that teaches my CMT class(es) says that it's probably the most undesirable feature that people could have for our line of work.

It's a shame because I love my earrings, but I can't be a kid forever and my future family's well-being comes before personal choices/fashion.
 
I voted yes, but didnt have time to reply.

I've got both my lobes guaged, But they're only small. My septum was dermal punched @ 5mm, ive had my labret done 6 times but only wear 2. I've had my eyebrow done, but it migrated and thats it i think.
 
I have my tongue pierced, lip pierced, ears and upper ear......I think piercings are really cool, but for practical reasons i.e job etc I wouldn't get anymore, beside although some piercings are cool I think you can easily have too many, then they stop being accessories and start being main features. I have lots of friends that when I look at them I just see metal rather than their face.

My job didn't mind at 19, but 30yrs on it's a different ball game.
I knew a guy who thought it would be cool to have facial tattoos (Maori style)
His job prospects never went up from there, and now he is mostly unemployed..

Just kinda boring, but 3 regular piercings in left ear, 2 in right. Most people don't even notice. Had them all since I was in high school. =)

My current job doesn't mind either.

However, when I'm a certified massage therapist and hoping to get a job at a THE most respectable spa in the area, I don't want to go in there with earrings and/or holes in my ears.

Plus, petty people and petty stereotypes against people who pierce/tattoo still pay as well as people who don't care, so...to me it's worth it to give them up.
 
Right now I only have my left ear stretched to a 4g. which I'm going to stretch to 2/3in.

In a few months I'm going to get my lip done, which in time I might turn into snake bites, but other then wanting my septum done thats pretty much all the facial piercings I want.

and I used to have my cartilarge done, but I ended up having an allergic reaction to the metal stud and it was taken out.
 
Only holes I gots are the ones God gave me. Only thing I have added to my body is scars... active living brings its share of bumps and bruises... sometimes cuts too.
