Like robbie said, it depends on the genetic makeup of the snake. You really have the know the genetics of the particular snakes in question in order to predict possible outcomes.
If the amel (albino) is het (heterozygous) for any morphs, then yes, it is possible for it to produce different morphs depending on the mate it is bred with.
If the amel is not heterozygous for anything, then it will pretty much only produce other amels or normals or possibly ultramels dpending on the mate it is bred with.
