They don't look good at all.
Where have you got the tub? Are you still in the airing cupboard with a 100watt bulb on it? My guess is a combination of too hot and not enough moisture.
How damp is the vermiculite? If you pick some up in your hand and squish it, does any water come out. You should be able to squeeze out a few drops if you squish hard. If you can't get any out at all, it's not moist enougn, if you get a waterfall, it's too moist.
Does the tub have a lid on it normally? I presume it does. If it doesn't they have no chance. The tub should mist up slightly on the sides. Again, not too much though, if you have droplets forming on the top, it's too moist.
If it does seem too try, take the eggs out for the moment, add a bit more water and mix it through the vermiculite until it feels about right as described above. Use tepid water, not freezing cold, not boiling hot.
It's impossible to give exact instructions I'm afraid, it's just something you have to learn. My first couple of clutches ended up in much the same state and I'm sure plenty others have as well.
The top two in that picture, the discoloured ones, are almost certainly dead. You can probably get rid of those before they start to mould or rot.
Finally, please drop the text speak in your posts. It's really hard to read and half of what you've written in this thread just looks like gibberish to me. It'll only put people off replying to you .....
