For the last several days, I have not been getting any referral emails from any of my websites. I am in the process of moving my SerpenCo.com site to my own server, and part of this initial process has relocated my mail server internally. In effect, there are now two mail.serpenco.com servers. Kind of hard to explain, but anything outside of my server sees the real email server, but anything originating on my server (cornsnakes.com, faunaclassifieds.com, herpshows.com, faunatopsites.com) go to the internal mail server and it doesn't get to me.

I am in the final stages of doing the transfer, so this problem should end in a couple of days. So if you have sent me email from within this program, please be advised that it did not reach me.

Sorry about this. I wasn't sure what would happen. Now I do!
 
Well, THAT worked!

My SerpenCo.com domain is now residing on my own server. Of course, in the interim, my email was TOTALLY shot all of last night! So any of you sending me emails then should be advised that they were lost.

Everything looks fine this morning, so I hope the worst is over with. Of course, I'm not sure everything is working OK on my SerpenCo site, but I guess I'll find out soon enough.

rich, thanks for the advice. i'm back on the forum now and all i did to get back was clear my cookies. thanks, jim :)

after 4 days of trying to log in to the site and getting error messages i was going through final stages of corn forum withdrawal. (quite nasty in the advanced stages) ;) and to think the only thing that was hampering my addiction was cookies.... hmmm??????
