Expert opinion on fertility?

Cassi just laid her first clutch with me and she is a very happy and exhausted mother. She laid five full size eggs, and two obvious slugs. The full size eggs are a little off white and there is some odd discoloration on the one in the middle of this picture. Could anyone give me an expert opinion on whether they think these are fertile?

Thanks!

Unless the light is playing tricks with the colour, I'd have to agree with Megan. I can see five that I'd say are definitely duff, with two too buried to be sure but still looking too orangy to be fertile.

Thanks Shiari and Bitsy. All of the eggs look like that, I had just made sure that they had plenty of moist vermiculite around them in case they turned out to be fertile. Well, this was my first year breeding, and Cassi had a stressful winter and spring with getting lost in my car and then having to move apartments a couple of times. I'm just glad that she's healthy and doing well. I'll make sure she eats well and has plenty of time to relax for the rest of the year and we'll try again next spring!

If she's in good shape and recovers fast, you could always put her with the male again and try for a second clutch? Not all Corns double-clutch, but if she's going to ovulate again then you can at least be prepared - just in case!

We'll see how she recovers! She's gobbling down a mouse right now and then I'll put her to bed and let the poor girl sleep.
