i obtained a 3 mth old candy cane today, and the lady had told me she feeds him one pinkie every 3 days, any other way or more he regurgirates. so today was the third day, and i fed him one, which quickly disappeared down his throat. now shouldnt a 3 mth old eat more than just one>? how do i know if it's still hungry. i didnt defrost more than one..what should i do? defrost another one or just wait until thursday and then feed him two??? please help..
 
Try feeding every 5 days.

Three day between meals is too soon IMO. See how that works before increasing the size or number of mice per meal.
 
I think if you're going to feed it every three days, then one pinky should be plenty. How big is it?

u mean feeding 2 pinkies or 1, every 5 days?
 
Start with one and work up to two. If you think he is ready for two now, wait 5-7 days since his last feeding and try two. There is no right or wrong answer regarding this topic because each snake is different. FWIW, I have several hatchlings that are only a month old and are already eating two pinkies/week.
