feeding after pre lay shed?

hey guys,
does anyone ever offer a small meal after the pre lay shed or do you always wait until after laying?

I offer. I figure the snake will take it if it wants to, no sweat if it refuses.

I wait. I don't want anything interferring with laying, or digestion.

For me, it depends on the size of the snake and the rate of their eating before their pre lay shed. Generally the more they eat the better during being gravid. Feed your females well after they lay also. I usually offer my girls a meal the day after they lay.

I very rarely offer food after pre-lay. Like nanci said the less on a laying female the better.
