My corn is eating an adult mouse once a week pretty easily. Can I add another mouse per week or is that too much food? He/She is eating pretty good but is not yet full grown. Any advice?
If she's eating an adult mouse, and is gaining weight (even slowly) I would just leave her on a single mouse. The only corn I have that eats two mice is over 800 grams.
One thing to make sure of, is what size the adult mouse is. I went and bought Frozen adult mice at a pet store, and they were sad sickly things that weighed between 10-18g, which is around the size of the hoppers I have. So if you do want to increase feedings, rather then going to two mice, make sure the adult mice are of a good, fairly consistant size.
