Your most welcome :D Lots of ppl think a white snake is an albino lol I would say he is a blizzard. Cool pairing, can't wait to see the babies.

i have another Question about incubation medium. i have is set up with vermiculite with moss on top. how wet/moist is the moss sopose to be? i checked the eggs today and the moss felt pretty dry and the eggs look great and all candled good.
thanks

Congratulations on the clutch, Matt!

As for how wet the moss needs to be, the answer is "not very." If after 24 hours you see a small bit of condensation on the lid of the egg container, it's fine. If there's no condensation, it's too dry. If the lid is covered with condensation, it's too wet. Hope that helps!

I don't want to hijack the thread but was wondering if it is too wet how does one fix that? Crack the lid for a bit to allow evaporation or swap out some wet for some dry or ???

You can usually wring (or squeeze) enough of the moisture out of the moss to get it just right.

Reason I ask is my laybox has quite a bit of condensation but I can not wring out any more water from the moss in it :shrugs: I think I need to fix that as all I have to do is swap the lid for the solid lid and its the tub I will incubate in. Should I put some air holes in the side? I can do that really quick.
