These are from my snow stripe male x snow motley female. My first snake breeding ever! Now lets just hope they're healthy. :)

I meant to ask... are you guys dampening a paper towel in their individual containers upon hatching or just leaving it dry? I built this rack a few weeks ago that holds 39.

Hey acer I like that rack you built. Im actually getting ready to build a new one. What size containers are you using?

Rick

Congratulations! That's an awesome rack, too.
If they still have a little bit of yolk after emerging, I'd put a damp paper towel in with 'em. Otherwise, leave it dry.

Thanks for the compliments. The rack uses the sandwich sized containers. The design was inspired by Jeff Mohr's racks, and I will have to say after building it, Jeff has a great deal on his! It took a while to get all of the spacing just right, well... and a while to build. I could have never done it without a high quality table saw. So, before anyone asks... no, I am not building these to sell, just buy Jeff's at a great deal shipped, unless you have the tools, time and burning desire for a DIY project.

As for the hatchlings... I'll post more pics in a bit.:)

11 out, 6 more to go. Pics as promised. This is a pretty good clutch to go along with the motley/stripe topics in the morph section. Check out the variations...

I really like the head/neck pattern on the little ones in the 4th and 6th pic. Congratz on all the pretty tiny ones

Headcount... out of 17 eggs laid 16 hatched, and 1 was DIE. I'll post pics of my keepers tomorrow.:)

Very nice!!

Very nice! You should be proud of both, your first breeding and that nice rack.
Please keep the pics coming.
Also, what are you using for heat on the rack? I did not see any.

Thanks,
Jimmy

Had to post one more pic of one of my keepers that hatched after I posted the first pics. As for heat on the rack... there is none. I temp control the building.
