First he ate now he won't

God it was awful. She's such a brilliant feeder and she got the head down straight away andthen just got stuck. I covered the tub with a tea towel and just kept checking on her and she wasn't getting past that arm. I managed to gently snip most of the arm off without getting too close to her mouth hoping I could help her along a bit but there was still a nub left that wasn't going down. She was practically tying herself in knots trying to get it down and at one point, hooked her tail over the top of the tub and started pulling herself up, mouse included, upside down! I don't know what she was planning on doing. I was very wary about pulling the pinky out of her mouth, not wanting to hurt or stress her but I really didn't know what else to do because the pinky was NOT going down. I didn't have to pull very hard though and Ithink she actually helped me. I was then worried that the next time I tried to feed she would refuse but no problems there - I think I'll have to change her name to iss Piggy :D

So in the future, try to remember to pry the arms around a bit so they are pliable for the snake!
