First Outside Trip

Well, the title says it all. This was the first time I've felt these guys were big enough to go out without fear of me somehow losing them and I took a few shots while I had the chance. I'm no photographer and all the pictures were taken with my phone but I still want to share them So anyways, I hope y'all enjoy

The RO is about 5 months old and I purchased him from the store I work at when he was about 1 month old. I know not the best idea, don't hate me. At the time I knew nothing about breeders.

Oh that part wasn't directed to you, just in general. It's my subconscious eating away at me since all my other pets are adopted. I've got really lucky at my store. We get RO's, stripes (normal and amel), snows, anerys, plus maybe some other's that I'm not good enough to properly identify.

But anyways, thanks I love being able to share these guys somewhere, all my friends and family think they're creepy or something

Picture Heavy Update

So I've been a little busy lately and today was relatively warm, so I decided to get in one last outdoor photo shoot before it got too cold.

His pattern is why I call him Pixel

Very bright out, the sun was starting to set.


So Khan, previously thought to be an RO, appears to have changed his mind about that idea :shrugs: oh well, still cute.


Cry is unfortunately for me, going into shed soon, so I couldn't get any good shots.

I don't knock anyone who buys from stores. When I worked for Petco 10ish years ago the guy that worked there who was the reptile specialist was amazing and would manage to convince the distributors to bring us quite a few of the more rare ones (or at least rare for big box stores). I acquired many snakes that way, snakes I unfortunately don't have right now

This little dude is called Balboa, I think I've posted a picture or two of him before.





And this guy I hope y'all don't mind me putting in this thread. He isn't technically a corn, but I love this stinky little dude. His dad was named Cheeto, so I just had to call this one Dorito.


He's my little Texas Rat. If I'm wrong on putting this guy on here, Mods feel free to edit him out and I'll put him in the miscellaneous picture section.

Oh to be in Virginia ... as I look outside at the snow.

I love to take mine outside, and yes, their tongues are going a mile a minute because it's all so different and new to them. Your RO's picture was on my screen and my one daughter asked if it was one of ours. Very pretty!
