First shed (in my care)

I was getting all geared up to give Bella a soak to aid her shed, but realised last night that I didn't need to. Got in from work and had a little check on her and noticed a perfect shed skin in the corner of the tank. Pictures to come later.

They usually will do it on their own, in their own time. Glad it was a perfect shed, always pay attention to the eye caps and the tail tip. Those are the two places that the shed may not come off fully.

Congrats!

Pretty sure it all came off, but when I get her out later for feeding I'll check. I'd been keeping an eye on her since I knew she was in a shedding cycle. Can't wait to have a proper look at her and her colours now she's shed.

Pictures as promised.

Looks good! I can't tell fully on the eyecaps, but if there is something on them in the shed then all is well.

And their colors just get better and better as they shed more!

From what I can tell, one of the eye caps in in the shed skin but it looks like it's probably in her tank somewhere as I didn't see any stuck shed on her when I had her out last night.
