Flap Neck Chameleon?

Brionuhh

Quick Learner
So my boyfriend decided that he wanted this chameleon for a new pet. I found that Big Apple Pet Supply had it, so we ordered it yesterday morning. A couple hours later, I get an email saying they didn't have the flap neck in stock. Well if that wasn't frustrating enough, I let them know that I was going to look around for one in my email reply. They emailed me back saying no one in the country has one. Discouraging to say the least. I looked around anyways. Nothing. Right now, I suggested to him that we wait until the New York Reptile Expo in September. As another effort I though I would ask the members here, whom are always helpful. If anyone knows where I can get a flap neck chameleon shipped to me, please let me know.

How did he decide on a cham? They can be VERY difficult, even for experienced lizard keepers. They have a super-short lifespan. It looks like the species you're interested in is usually found as WC adults. I'm not trying to discourage you, but this is a tough animal to try to keep successfully...

He has wanted a chameleon for a long time now. He has kept lizards before, and I suppose he is ready to try a more difficult reptile. Big apple has it listed on their sight as cb babies. I don't really know why its listed and they don't have them. Maybe they are anticipating some hatching. I'm not really sure. I just wish he could find what he wanted. :/
