flexxwatt question

Flex watt is a sheet of heating material cost is about 3-4 dollars a foot I think I paid 3.00 at the herp show you have to scrape the plastic off one side left and right then you take an extension cord and solder the cord to the flex watt not sure how much wattage it puts off I figure the bigger the piece the more wattage.
I have a piece on a 40 gallon breeder and with the substrate it's reading 85 at the top of the substrate and thats with out a rheostat I have a hide box on that side and my ball python seems to like it there.

Flexwatt is sold by the foot and requires assembly before use. I cut off the female end of a standard extention cord and solder it to the tape.
