Nanci, my daughter used to have a Yellow Lab that many called "White". He was definately not white in coloration but very light for a "Yellow" lab. The breeder said that this guy was a great example of the so called "white" labs because he has the red nose and yellow eyes. She usually produced yellows with the black nose and brown eyes. This breeder produces tri colored litters and she never breed for color of fur or nose. Yet she loved it when she got a yellow like Ashley's was.

Ban on Pits! Just what is a community calling a Pit nowadays? We have two pure bred APBTs! I love these animals! I am happy your vet was willing to do that for you. Mine vet is the same way on some breeds. If it is a pit mix, he says they are terrier mixes. And that is not a lie if you think about it! LOL He would change ours if the laws change so we dont have to lose our two pups.
