Getting a Crested Gecko

to keep me company along with my corn and was wondering If I need to change clothing after handling one If I'd like to handle the other afterwards if either one makes contact with my pants or shirt.

I'll be using a hand sanitizer then washing my hands thoroughly as well of course. Thanks.

You don't need to change clothes between handling animals unless one has a contagious disease. It's probably better to handle the lizard second, since cornsnakes eat lizards, if yours shows any signs of hunger biting after you've handled the lizard. And it's always a good idea to wash your hands between any animals, same species or different.

I have a variety of lizards and I've never had to change my clothes between handling (unless you count the time my corn decided to poop all over my white shirt :uhoh:). Just wash your hands really well and you should be fine.

I wouldn't worry about changing clothes, but I would probably at least wash your hands in between animals. As stated above, I wouldn't worry too much unless an animal clearly has some kind of health problem.

I always wash my hands between my different animals. Well I use hand sanitizer we keep it by all the cages and in between I squirt a little on my hands and after I wash my hands.
