Also I belive the same rules apply for Oklahoma Kansas and New Mexico but I have never Lived in those states or inquired about a permit.
 
I wonder where the ones I see at shows come from. WC, I'm sure. That sucks. I hate it when I see boxies, too- you know they've been ripped out of their homes.
