It was Joels choice..... it is a water snake..... It doesn't live in the states

Thanks, dang, I thought I had looked at all the water snakes in the world last night, I guess not. The head and pattern looks water snake but the scales didn't look right.

DYK.... If you don't get this in the next 20 mins I have to go out, and I won't be back for 13 hrs.

Hmmm. I give up. If its a Natrix maura, then I already posted it. Aside from them, I just don't know any other water snakes!
 
What clues can I give... It's a snake and it lives in the water...... If I try and give any other clues the answer will be there, it's that easy.....
It'll just become the fastest googler...LOL

I just googled Cerberus rynchops and I didn't get that pic....
If you google what we think it is you do get that pic.....
