thanks very much! its 12.14 now and my birthday is officially over lol. iv had a really nice day,
i went for an early morning session at the gym, then went to the trafford centre (shopping complex) with jenny, then i got back and went for a run, then in the evening we went for a meal and watched a film at the pictures!

its been lovely!
