Hatchlings not feeding-when to force feed?

When you boil it... I hate to sound uber stupid here but could you tell me how long to boil? Serve warm I suppose. But I don't have a lot of pinks I can waste. So I kinda need to get it right. Thanks for your insight! :)
 
Boil the water, pour it over the pinks, serve immediately without cooling. Might not hurt to slit the heads and backs of the pinks, too.
