Hello!
I just found out about this forum, but I'm not new to keeping snakes. I have a normal morph corn snake that I got almost 10 years ago. She was 11 months old at the time and has done well. At the time, I was 6, and had wanted a scarlet kingsnake. I went to the pet store with my parents, and saw the coolest looking snake in my life. It was the very same normal morph corn snake I got later that day. This wasn't a big store, but a local one that specialized in exotic pets, and they had just gotten some in from a local breeder. I got her and a copy of The Corn Snake Manual, which is one of my most worn books! I basically know every page of that book by heart...
I've fed her live mice since I got her. I know this is not the best option now, but my parents did not want dead mice in the freezer.
Here is an old picture of her:

I'll get a better one that is more recent in a few days. She just are last night, and I don't want to disturb her.
I personally like how she has a nice grey background, as opposed to a more orange one.

You may be wondering about my username. I grow carnivorous plants, which are called CP's by the community, which is why my username is cpman.

Anyway, I'm glad such a good site exists on corn snakes!

Love your snake. My father is refusing to eat out of my refrigerator because he found the frozen mice. LOL I think he was searching for ice cream. Now I put everything I don't want him to get into in that fridge.
