Hi everyone! I joined a few days ago, but just got around to finally posting an introduction.

I don't have a snake, and probably won't for awhile as I've not yet moved out of my parents home (I'm 18) but I hopefully will soon!

And in the meantime, I joined this forum so I could do some reading on the care aspects of corns, as well as the different genetics at play. (Don't plan on breeding, genetics just interest me) And of course to look at all the beautiful snakes you guys have :)

always good to see someone doing the research first : ) I think it usually happens the other way not to mention all the idiots that never do, I feel sorry for those animals : (

Welcome and good plan :) I did the same thing and am still sans snake (until next month). So good thinking & happy reading (and drooling over all the pics) as there's a LOT that you can learn on here :)

hello and welcome!
glad to see you filling your knowledge basket before filling your Viv! ;)
not many people do when it comes to keeping reptiles.. why I can't fathom but atleast some people still do things the old fashion way. :)

Thanks everyone! :) I always do research before getting an animal, like most of you, I can't understand the mindset of people who don't.

I was actually originally wanting a BP, but I saw a picture of an anery corn, and that peaked my interest in them. Now the more I read about corns, the better they seem :)

Welcome to the forum. I'm 18 and living at home too I joined a month or so before I got my corn baby. It really helped.

yeah, I love my corn..
most people on here describe BPs as pet rocks, I describe my corn as a scaled dog..

soo glad you went with a corn over a BPs..
