Hi all.

Completely new to snake keeping, or any reptile type animal for that matter. Plenty of dogs, cats, fish, hamsters etc but no snakes!

Looking forward to learning about them, especially with the help of this forum and it's members.

Thank you in advance :)

Happy to report that Kensi had her first shed with us tonight, all was straight forward and the skin came away in one piece. She seems happy enough, and I've just seen her roaming around her viv, which was nice as she has been pretty much hiding away since we got her just over 2 weeks ago.

Hopefully see a bit more of her now. :)

Welcome! One thing I've found helpful with shy baby corns (I'm assuming she's a baby?) is putting fake vines or leaves down in addition to whatever hides you already have. Giving them that extra little bit of cover can encourage them to come out more because they think they're hidden.

When you get a chance, we love to see photos!
