 Careful what you wish for! She has no real place in any of my breeding schemes. But she's one of my corns that I actually consider a "pet". I'm a sucker. A girl just has to pretend to love me, and I'm putty.
You're not alone Mike! I, too, love yellow on anerys. I also love those with no yellow, ones that stay black and silver and those that get all brown and light!
Yellow's cool on caramel and caramel-combos, and it's tolerable on blizzards and snows, but I'm not so thrilled with that color on anerys and ghosts. :shrugs:
I'm inclined to agree - I like anery to stay monochromatic, and my Anery het opal stripe boy Zircon's already starting to pick up some yellow tints and brown 'staining'... but his sister Mica is still nicely contrasty and greyscale. I have hopes....
That said, there's one personal exception to 'anery/ghost/charcoal/phantom should be grey on grey on black' ... I like homozygous anery-based stripe to have yellow - and there, the further down the flanks the yellow goes, the better. In that respect, hopefully Zircon will sire me a nice Anery Stripe with LOTS of yellow... though I won't be rushing to keep one straight away!
