HELP! My ghost is laying eggs!

I checked on my corns this morning and to my shock I saw an egg in her water bowl. She has never been bred, I don't breed so I really do not know about these things...She did lay a clutch about 2 years ago also...

I picked her up gently and had my bf snap a pic, you can see she has a bunch of bumps near her tail.

Im worried about her not being able to pass them and becoming egg bound, that's why I don't breed, but I didn't realize she'd just lay them anyway.

Is there anything I can do to help her along?

Can you make a lay box for her- with orchid moss- they have it in the garden section at Lowes and Home Depot. Just put that in a container- I use 9" delis, but some people use Tupperware or ice cream tubs, etc. You want it deep enough that she can bury herself in it and clear out a space for the eggs. They aren't going to be fertile, but you want her to be comfortable and follow her instinct to lay. So you soak the moss to get it thoroughly wet, then wring it out as much as possible, then put it in your container. You put the lid on with a 3" diameter hole cut in the lid. Then I'd remove the big water bowl for now, just to keep her from laying in it, and put in a small one. She should be attracted to the dampness of the lay box and go in. She may lay them all at once, or one at a time over a few days.

I have a thread down in my personal forum, with pics.

I actually just made one, and when I went to put it in, I saw she is laying again, so Im waiting  Poor thing!

I'd just leave her alone now, and check her after dinner sometime. Put her on the floor and let her run through your fingers, and press gently into her belly to see if you feel more slugs. If not, it's okay to give her a small meal, like a hopper, and then a small adult in three days. I'd leave the lay box with her until after she does her post-lay shed, just for comfort. She will go blue almost immediately. I'd expect her to do this again next year, so note the date and give her a lay box about a month before.

When you check her tonight, if you feel more egg bumps, put her back and leave her alone till morning.

Thank you so much! I can tell she is about to go into blue, I forgot to mention that. Her belly is cloudy.
