Although it doesn't take a year to recover, you still need to advance the prey size very conservatively until you are back to the size you should be feeding. You didn't say, is the size she regurged a size you have been successfully feeding for a while, or was it a step up?

So then I'd drop back to half the size she was on before the regurge. And very, very slowly increase. You can cut fuzzies in half to make them easier to digest, and to allow you to feed say one fuzzy, one and a half fuzzies, two fuzzies cut in four pieces, a hopper, etc.
