Can someone help here...fedex for lack of a better term are being douche bags about shipping "live harmless reptiles." they are saying it HAS to be business to business, and I'm wondering what the way around this is. If there is another company...or what I should do as the best resource for shipping snakes...
I know for a fact that it is crap though because at my HOME I dont think i have accepted LESS THAN 15 packages. haha!

I was scanning the page, saw the title of this thread as shi**ing question and was rather shocked for a sec.

That's really weird. I know I always pick up at the Fedex Service Station (or whatever it's called) when I get a snake, will they let you ship it to the service center for pickup? Sorry I can't be more help, I never shipped any myself, just received them. :)

The contract one signs with FedEx to get the Live Animal Shipping Waiver clearly states that you will only ship business to business.

Although there are obviously ways around this if one chooses that option, the simplest thing to do is require the snakes to be sent Hold At Location and have the customer pick them up at FedEx. This is safest for the snakes, too.
