Pricing depends on what you what your profit margin to be.
When I was working, if I sold a part that cost me less than $50 I sold the part for a 50% mark up so it sold for $100. As the parts got higher priced, I lowered the mark up percentage. Then you have labor costs, I charged $72 for the first half hour and $72 dollars every hour after that.
So if the acrylic cost you $25 then the customer should pay $50 and labor is 1/2 hour $72. The total would be $122.00 plus tax.

I'm no good at math, but wouldn't that markup be 100%?
Yea but acrylic is way cooler and stronger
So uhm should I sell then at 110?

If you want something stronger and cooler I might suggest scratch resistant polycarbonate (Lexan). Acrylic is easily scratched by animals rubbing against it with different bedding materials and yellows with age Polycarbonate is a little more expensive, but well worth it. Another plus is it's easier to work with.
