I just have a question about the feeding thing. My okeetee corn is now in the neighborhood of aboooouut 22-24 inches. I am feeding him 2 peach fuzzies once a week, and I am going to be moving onto fuzzies once the peach fuzzy bag is used up. (I have 5 left right now). Anyway...I might have alluded to this question before...and I KNOOOW THE RULE about one and one half times the body width...yada yada yada.....BUT....For those of us who are slow learners....could somebody PLEASE tell me what a corn snake should be eating in terms of LENGTH??? I've never heard it expressed in terms of length. Surely SOMEONE HERE has raised a corn from hatchling to adult, and therefore would know something like....What size should they be eating when they are 2 months old? What size should theybe eating when they are 6 months old? and finally...What size should they be eating when they are a year old. If....lets say...you have a yearling corn who just happens to be REALLY REALLY skinny....you might think that pinkies are the way to go, which is OBVIOUSLY FALSE.
Yes, I ADMIT IT.....I belong to the "Slow Learners Club" LOL. So, would someone be so kind as to PLEASE SPELL IT OUT FOR ME. I would really appreciate any advice from somebody who has raised a baby to adulthood and who knows what size mouse they should eat at a given length, or AGE for that matter. And you can't tell me that it is all related to girth either...because the length of your corn and its girth are RELATED, I know that much.:dunce:
Thanks for your help.
Jeff
