I just joined this forum, so I'd like to introduce myself. I've been passionate about corn snakes since I was about 16, when I got my first one. I've had other snakes over the years as well, but the corns are my favorite by far. I'm sure that goes without saying!
I've got three '08 corns, a normal, a ghost and a hypomelanistic. I'm also taking care of my son's '08 boa constrictor (it was my graduation gift to him, and now he's away at college). Don't know much about the corns' genetic histories, but I don't really intend to breed them anyway. The ghost and hypomelanistic corns are new additions, just got them about 2 weeks ago. I was at a flea market, and they had a beautiful hypo that they only wanted $30 for. Wasn't really looking to add another snake to my collection, but I was afraid it would be bought by someone who didn't know how to take care of it, so I "rescued" it. It's doing great now - a little skinny, but I'll take care of that!
I've been reading posts for a little while now, and although I'm not inexperienced, I've still learned a lot from everyone. Hope I can contribute some good insight too.
