Hide my wife made!

I know the S and U are a little close, but I like the first product. I had to cut out the plastic canvas and draw the letters on, but my wife does all the needle work. So I guess you could say that it is a joint venture...lol.
Let me know what you guys think.

Oh and I am sorry for the messy table, we are both college students and do not have too much time to clean... But I can guarantee that it is spotless when company arrives...lol

Good idea! But can it be thrown in the washer? I keep thinking of snake poop on the yarn...

Hey Outcast,

It is very nice looking and your wife did a good job and next time let your do the hole thing so the letters will be correct. OK - enough of me being Mr. Nice guy. The letters should be something good like OSU, OU, UT, A&M but I understand you are in college and do not know better. LOL:roflmao:

Love the Fatman

AARON...that's adorable! Just the sentiment alone that wifey made something like that!
I love the whole idea!

Well I got the idea when I was in a pet store in Alamogordo. Well, the only pet store over there that I enjoyed going into. She made boxes for her snakes.
I am pretty sure I will have to hand wash this one if the snake poo's on it.

Oh, Fatman, my next one is going to be an OU one. LSU and OU are my two teams. I was born in Louisiana, raised most of my childhood in Oklahoma, and moved back to Louisiana in 96 where I lived until I was 19 and joined the military.

Plastic canvas washes well. The artificial fiber yarns that are usually used to needlepoint plastic canvas wash well. This could really be put in the washer on gentle cycle if need be, although not the dryer.

The first thing I saw was "Hide my wife", and thought "Oh geeze... Not another Antoine Dodson video..."

But this is actually a really neat idea! Kudos to you and your wife!

That's cute. I've been wanting to make my own vivs, deco (I'm working on that) and some hides. I love art and love making things and being crafty lol. I just wonder if my snakes would use them? I have store bought hides for my snakes but the two snakes that I didn't have enough hides for they got half a tissue box and they spend all their time in the tissue box instead of the 10 or 15 dollar hides.
