How long do your males go before they eat again?

Just curious to see how long your boys go without food during the breeding season. Here are my boys:

Crackerjack

Date of first accepted meal after breeding: March/22/11
# of meals since: 4

Prince
Date out of brumation: Feb/8/11
# of meals after brumation: 2
Date of last accepted meal out of brumation: Feb/17/11
Date(s) bred: March/11/11
Date of first accepted meal after breeding: N/A
# of meals since: N/A

Safe to say Prince is worrying me a little bit. He is starting to get a bit thin but he is still 540 grams so I am not worried to the point of force feeding him. He was being housed in between the females which probably was not helping so I moved him back into a tub further away from the ladies and moved Buri, who has shown no interest in the girls, in to Price's old condo. Hopefully he will accept his next meal and make me happy :p

Haha yeah they can certainly go a long while without eating when all they think about is mating. I have owned many male snakes in the past and I have found that every male I have owned over the age of 2 stopped eating for a period of time during breeding season.

The males I have that do it go two to four months. I have two females on feeding strike, too!

Yeah my girls are on strike but thats because they are both full of eggs :D

Also moving Prince into a tub and away from the ladies worked! He is eating a mouse as we speak :)

Only 1 of my 6 breeding age males is still eating. The others will go 2-4 months without food. Very frustrating!

Some males go on hunger strikes and some don't. I have had a male go seven months on a hunger strike but most of the time it's just a few weeks to a few months.
