Humidity too high ?

Hello everyone, I am concerned for our corn snake that I finally decided a name for... ( Serenity). Her Humidity is staying between 60% - 80% and I am pretty sure that is to high for her. Her water bowl is to the front corner of her cool side. She has no live plants. The only thing that is natural is cork bark log I purchased from the pet store. I washed it down really well and baked it/cooled before letting her use it for a hide. I am at a loss to get the humidity down. I could use a small water dish, but its small already. Any smaller of a dish and she will not be able to lay/soak for sheds etc.

Could anyone give me some incite on this. I am worried for her to get a RI or growths inside her home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

As long as her substrate is not wet and you don't see condensation that is fine!

Is it bad if I spray in the tank everyday to make it more humid? Because my heat lamp always make the humidity down to 20~30% if i leave it on long enough... I currently using the dark substrate... I know i made a mistake, I will be switching to aspen beginning of next month.

It's not bad to spray it down daily, as long as the substrate doesn't stay wet. Though you'd be better off tossing the lamp for an under tank heater with a thermostat. It might be easier just to make a humid hide for your snake if you want to keep the lamp.
