I'm alittle confused by what Not compatiable means in corn snakes.

Does that mean if I breed normal het lava christmas x same that i will have 0 chances of getting Lava Christmas and they will all come out normal???
 
No, it means if you breed a Lava to a Christmas (without either one being het for the other) that you wouldn't get any Lava Christmas.
