I was 10, 5 years ago! wow.

Eh.. I don't worry about college, I don't really want to go. I'll be fine just self-educating myself. I'll be dead at 17 any way... sooooooooo. :)

If you don't mind me asking, why? This seems a bit pessimistic (even for me lol) Do you have a disease or are you a junky or something?
And take it from someone who felt the same way at your age... College is worth it and you will not be fine self-educating yourself... JMO :)

LOL not a junky, and I hope I don't have a disease, it's complicated... Also, I feel very uncomfortable talking about my "beliefes" so I'll leave it at that.

... Steve Irwin was fine!... (Oh yeah he had a father that cared and told him everything, oh well)

Hey, I like breeding!

I never thought I would hear a 15 year old say time was slipping away from him. I was 10 ---------once

I am not so keen on breeding, at least at this point in my live. HOWEVER, the practicing sure is a lot of fun. ;)

Your 57, that is a GREAT age, you can sit there by the fire with your cookies and tea and watch soaps! Thats the best age! I have to worry about work and college and blah blah blah and all i really want to do is, the things YOU can do!
Check back with us when you're 57, George. I don't even wish 37 on you. I'd sell my soul and eat a whole bag of thawed rat-pinks to be 17 again.

haha, it's scary though! It just goes by sooo quickly! Your 57, that is a GREAT age, you can sit there by the fire with your cookies and tea and watch soaps! Thats the best age! I have to worry about work and college and blah blah blah and all i really want to do is, the things YOU can do!

Are you just trying to piss me off? (can I say that Roy?) I don't watch soaps or sit by the fire and when my bad knee isn't acting up I go to work and college and blah.....

By the by, I can do the things I do because I did the things you're doing when I was 17.

Dean, I am 5 years older than you, but I don't think being old sucks THAT much!

Although, if I could get back the energy and potential I had then and still keep the experience and knowledge I have now, I'd eat thawed ADULT rats lol!!

I'm with you. I may have TV on all day, I never watch soap operas, I'm not even sure what I do watch. I would not want to be 17 again. Except for bad knees and back, I am happy where I am. I've earned every pound and wrinkle the old fashioned eating to much ice cream and worrying about my kids.:punch:

 I dunno. Experience and knowledge are overrated. And besides, I THOUGHT I knew everything back then. That was good enough. I'd settle for that kind of delusional, false-omniscience to have my youth back. ;)

Oh well, back to my cookies and soaps before the tea gets cold... :grin01:

You two sound like my son, everytime we go in a quilt shop, he says it's the land of metamucil and blue hair.
Dean I don't know about the little purpil pills, but I love the blue ones.

I love listening to storys from the war and things from oldies, they are cool people lol! my nana is starting to get that thing where you forget everything though, she calls me "the big lad" lol aww,

Im happy woo, just got a new girlfriend and this one actually likes me, unlike the one last week who broke up with me after a day! and i like her, i see a future. XD

All of this end at 2012 stuff is nonsense, I can't possibly achieve everything I want to in the hobby by then!! So the end will have to wait. So much breeding and trade ups to take care of.

As far as getting "old" goes, my students remind me of it (with love) every day, although I look better than I did when I was 21. I do however look forward to the days of 60 and beyond with the freedom to enjoy grandchildren, fish, golf, herp, and continue to raise and breed snakes. Age stops nothing that I have a love for besides playing football and basketball... and I guess its a trade off I can live with.

I don't know, after listening to all you old folks, I'm feeling pretty good. :dancer::dancer::dancer:

In the morning I've got to round up doc, and brand 100 head of baby cows but if I get done in time, I'm going to swim to the UK and kick Pet Corn Snake's butt. :angry01:
