Iherp is Giving me Trouble!

I have been unable to upload a new avatar for a week now. I use jpeg and it just doesn't seem to accept it.

Anyone else having trouble with it?

me either! I can upload pics to a specific snake but when I try avatar it just does nothing. hmmmm...

Nope can't say I have and I just up loaded 5 or 6 pictures today. I didn't even resize them either so they were huge. It just took a few extra minutes.

I uploaded fine too! go see if you can change your avatar and see if it works. I know I'm not doing anything wrong

I was able to change my avatar and change it back with out any issues.

Are you sure the picture you're trying to use as the avatar is small enough? It's been awhile since I changed my avatar on iHerp, so I can't remember the max sizes and all, but I know a lot of sites will have different requirements for uploading avatars than uploading pics elsewhere...

I would say that it's likely the size of picture you're trying to use.

I just changed my avatar picture without any problems!

I wondered if it was the size, but wouldn't it give me an error message? Another member is helping me try to figure out if it's my pic. It could be, now that I think more on it bc I got the pic from the breeder who probably has very hq pics and maybe it is a very large file even though it doesn't look like it.

I just thought iherp would give me an error if that were the case but maybe not.
