Is my amel motley?

It has the dashes on the neck but not much past that. The pattern looks quite different from my wild-type cornsnake though he is half wild caught so he may be truer to normal and this amel guy may still be considered "normal pattern" but just have gotten this pattern from all the captive breeding/inbreeding.

The first two of my pictures are the snake in question (motley)? The third picture is my wild-type for reference. My wild-type has saddles all the way up his neck.

The dorsal pattern and side pattern don't really seem very motley to me. Can you post a belly pic?

What aspects of belly indicate motley?

And if he's not motley, why the dots on his neck?

Almost all my corns have the circles for the first 3-5 saddles. The belly is nice and clear though. Just looks different from mine. My motleys don't have very much pattern on the sides.

I would call yours a motley. :)

Looks like you also have some belly checkering in a few places! That's been showing up recently I think.

Whoa cool, you think he's a motley? He does have a few belly checkers but my wild-type looks like a piano on his belly. Way more black spots. Thanks much for your input.
