My Kathy Love Okeetee was 24 grams on February 21st of 2007 when I received her. She was hatched in May of 2006. So in 8 months my little one was only 2 grams more than your 3 month old…so I would say yours is doing great.
As of yesterday (feeding day), she weighed in at 213 grams in a little over a 1 year I have had her. I have followed to Munson Plan (thanks Dean) exclusively and have been very happy with the results.
I thaw mine in a cup of hot tap water and have noticed they will weigh a little bit more (.5 to .75 grams more) when thawed due to the water on their fur even after drying with a paper towel. I wouldn’t worry about that thought.
Like Susielea, I sort mine into different size vacuum sealed freezer bags when I buy them. They usually come in bags of 50 from the manufacturer and I’ll split them into bags of 2 gram increments each. For example I sorted a bag of adult mice from American Rodent Supply on Saturday. I ended up with bags with 19.00-20.99 gram mice, 21.00 – 22.99 grams, 23.00 to 24.99 grams and 25.00 – 26.99 grams.
I hope this helps.

Steve
