Is this product good for measuring temp and humidity?

I was browsing through the Walmart website and stumbled upon this: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10671021. Would this suffice for measuring the tank's temperature and humidity? Does anyone have this? If not, what else do you recommend? Would I need to buy two, one on each side of the tank? Thank you.

It would work ok on the cool side of the viv, but you need a thermometer with a probe that you can attach directly on top of the UTH, under the aspen, for the warm side.
